PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important. Our policy covers how we collect, use, disclose, and store your information.
DATA COLLECTED
WB Blends, a Division of Western Botanicals, collects, if given, information like your name, your email, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We also collect non-identifiable information such as your IP address, click behavior, browser, and operating system.
DATA USE
WB Blends uses your information to communicate, ship packages and to send newsletters and sale information. We may also use your information for auditing, data analysis, and for the purpose of researching products and policies.
DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
WB Blends may provide your information to strategic partners that work closely with us to provide you an optimal experience. For example, we work with a newsletter service that uses your email to send you our newsletters.
We work with service providers that use your information to process payments, ship ordered products, provide customer service, store information, and conduct consumer research or satisfaction surveys. These providers also are under regulation to ensure the privacy of your data.
It also may be necessary for us to share your information to comply with law or litigation to government authorities within or outside the country within which you reside.

WB Blends has physical and digital protection for your information. We only allow authorized personnel and business partners to use personal information.
At times you may post information on forums or other posts. You are responsible for the information that you publically display to others. Please take care when using these features.

If you would like to know how we used your information in the previous year, or would like to change/remove any of the information that we have about you, please feel free to send an email to orders@westernbotanicals.com.
We can then provide you with the categories of information that was shared with third parties for their direct marketing material and the parties with whom we shared that information.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We implement Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Using the Ads Settings, visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.
We use data from Google’s Interest-based advertising or 3rd-party audience data (such as age, gender, and interests) with Google Analytics to enhance the user experience on this website. Google provides some opt-out settings.
COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
MEDIA
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
COOKIES
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
